Your documents are never written to any database. Once your audit is complete, your content is gone.

Your content is never used to train AI models — by us or anyone else. What you submit stays yours.
How It Works
Simple, secure, and clear.
When you submit a document, it is processed entirely within NeuroSafe's secure auditing pipeline. Our engine checks it against 7 neurodivergent-friendly communication frameworks and returns your results immediately.
No copy of your document is written to any database at any point in this process. Your document exists only in memory, for only as long as the audit takes to run. Once your results are returned to you, the content is purged.
For PDF files, we also generate temporary page previews in your browser so you can see exactly where each issue appears. These images are created and stored locally in your browser only — they are never uploaded or transmitted.
Closing or refreshing the page removes all audit results from your browser entirely. Nothing persists.

NeuroSafe's auditing pipeline is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with end-to-end encryption. Our AI infrastructure partner — one of the world's leading AI safety companies — operates under a strict data-handling policy: all inputs and outputs are automatically purged within 30 days of processing, and are never used to train AI models. No NeuroSafe team member can access your submitted document content.
